As the parent of a child with FOXP1 Syndrome, Adam is closely connected to the mission and the families the Foundation serves, and he remains an important leader of our community.
Over the past six years, Adam has helped build the financial systems and practices that support the Foundation’s work. His steady leadership and willingness to step in wherever needed have helped guide the organization as it has grown and expanded its efforts to serve the global FOXP1 community.

We are pleased to welcome Jacob Paver as the International FOXP1 Foundation’s new Treasurer
Jacob works for Wintrust Financial Corporation as a Commercial Product Manager and brings more than 20 years of experience in treasury management.
His background in accounting and banking includes working within regulated financial systems and internal controls, experience that will help support the Foundation’s financial stewardship as the organization continues to grow.
Jacob is also the parent of a child with FOXP1 Syndrome and brings both professional expertise and personal commitment to this role. We are grateful for his willingness to step into this important leadership position and look forward to working with him in the years ahead.
