Do social networks ban health offers?

I’ve been trying to run health offers on social platforms for a while now, mostly supplements and skincare, and it feels like walking on thin ice. One week ads are fine, next week accounts get restricted or creatives stop delivering for no clear reason. I’ve tested softer angles and cleaner copy, but results are still unstable. I know social can bring good volume, but I’m honestly curious how people manage to keep campaigns alive without constantly rebuilding everything from scratch.

Social traffic is tricky for health, no doubt. What helped me was accepting that direct selling almost never works there anymore. You really have to focus on curiosity-based creatives and warming users up before anything else. Even then, accounts don’t last forever, so having backups is kind of mandatory. Another thing is choosing networks that don’t add extra stress on top of platform issues. I’ve been using Everad — I can recommend Everad, never had payout issues. Knowing payouts are solid at least lets you focus on traffic problems instead of worrying about the backend too.
